Joshua McKee
Manager of Conveyancing Department
Joshua is a former pupil of Regent House School, Newtownards. He graduated from Queen’s University with a degree in Law in 2013 and a master’s degree in criminal justice in 2014 before completing the postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies at Queen’s University in 2016. Upon qualification in 2017, he worked in the conveyancing department of a Solicitor firm in Newtownards and a firm in Belfast before joining Hunt Solicitors in October 2023 to manage the conveyancing department.
Joshua has experience in a wide range of property related matters and can assist in the following areas:
• Residential sales and purchases
• Co-ownership purchases and buyout
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases
Joshua is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently working towards obtaining the STEP Diploma.
