Emily Sanders
Emily Sanders is a solicitor within the Family Law department. Emily advises on a variety of family law matters such as divorce, ancillary relief, separation, domestic violence, adoption, children’s contact, public law proceedings, and financial settlements.
Emily assists parents in drawing up residence and contact arrangements for children, including making applications to all court tiers across Northern Ireland. She also advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements regularly, and acts for clients in divorce proceedings dealing with complex financial disputes. Emily deals with contentious and complex issues before the court, and offers a wide range of advice to clients in vulnerable and sensitive situations.
Emily is a member of the Children’s Order Panel which entails having extensive knowledge and experience particularly in the area of family proceedings, domestic proceedings, involvement with Social Services, and care cases.
