Joanne Higgins
Head of Conveyancing Department
Joanne is the head of the Conveyancing Department and undertakes all aspects of residential conveyancing. Joanne also deals with commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases.
Joanne completed her law degree at QUB in 2016 and graduated from the IPLS with a commendation in 2019. She joined Hunt Solicitors’ Property Department having trained and worked at local firms within their Conveyancing Departments, whilst gaining experience of Wills and Probate.
