If you have had an accident or suffered an injury as a result of someone else’s negligence you may have a claim. Hunt & Company can advise in relation to any claim and there are many areas we deal with, such as:

Our Senior Partner, Patrick Hunt, is in charge of our litigation department and has helped thousands of people to claim successfully.

Our success is built on advising you thoroughly from the moment we take initial instructions until the matter is resolved.   We will arrange for you to see specialist medical Consultants to prepare reports and, where settlement cannot be reached with the other party we  will instruct experienced and specialised Barristers we have dealt with and trust to argue your case in court.

We will advise you fully from the outset about funding any potential claims. Many people will qualify for Legal Aid to pursue their case.   Even if you do not qualify for Legal Aid you may find that your Home Insurance will cover legal costs. In any event Hunt & Company will always endeavour to achieve the payment of compensation with your Legal Costs being met by the other party.

Whilst it may be contrary to the stereotyped image of solicitors,  Hunt & Co will also advise you if we feel that there is no merit in pursuing an action. We see no reason to run up legal bills for our clients unnecessarily.
